POD Mass Product Creator
Your connection guide

Connect Printify, step by step.

Use your existing Printify store. Create a personal access token, paste it into Setup, and check the connection.

  1. Open your Printify account

Sign in to the account that owns your store. Go to My Profile → Connections, then find Personal Access Tokens. The button below opens Printify in a new tab.

    Open Printify API tokens ↗
  2. Generate a token for this app

Choose Generate or Create token. If asked for a name, use POD Mass Product Creator. Give it the permissions below so the app can read your catalog, upload artwork, and create and review products.

    shops.readcatalog.readprint_providers.readproducts.readproducts.writeuploads.write

You do not need order or webhook permissions for this workflow.

  3. Copy the entire token

Printify only shows a new token immediately after it is generated. Copy the full value, without quotation marks or the word “Bearer”. Keep it private; this is not your Printify password.

  4. Paste the token here and connect

Return to this app’s Setup page, paste it into Printify API token, then choose Connect Printify. You paste the key; there is no file to upload.

  5. Confirm your store

A successful check displays your store name. If you have several stores, select the correct one and choose Use this store. Then you can choose products and upload your artwork.

Your token is encrypted in storage. You can revoke it in Printify at any time. Personal access tokens expire after one year; generate a replacement and paste it in Setup when needed. Connecting only checks access and lists stores; it does not publish or order products.

Need a hand?

I can’t see my token anymore

Printify shows it only when it is first generated. Create a new token, copy it, and paste the replacement in Setup. Revoke old tokens you no longer need.

The token was rejected

Copy the entire token again, with no extra spaces, quotation marks, or “Bearer” prefix. Check that it has not expired or been revoked and that shops.read is enabled. If necessary, generate a replacement in the correct Printify account.

No store was found

Make sure your Printify account has a store. Complete Printify’s account setup and connect a sales channel or an API store, then return here and try again.

I connected, but cannot load products or upload artwork

Check the catalog, print-provider, product, and upload permissions listed above. The connection check confirms store access; product creation also needs those permissions.

I have more than one Printify store

After connecting, use the Store dropdown in Setup and save your selection. Check the store name before starting a new batch.
