The guarantee applies to your first Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime app purchase, including a discounted first payment. The refund is the full amount you paid for that purchase.

How to request a refund

Email dmpenterprisesllc98@gmail.com within 30 days of your first payment. Include your account email and payment receipt or transaction reference so we can find the purchase. You do not need to justify your dissatisfaction.

This guarantee covers the app purchase from DMP Enterprise LLC. It does not cover subsequent subscription renewals or charges billed separately by Printify, shipping providers, marketplaces, or external AI/image services. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.

Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. You can cancel future renewals in Billing → Manage billing, and mention any cancellation request in your refund email.
